I have been following the log sometime now...
One question: Do you do these 10m runs in 65 mins on the treadmill in a steady tempo or do you vary (for example intervals, fartlek,...)

I start off at 8.8mph for first five minutes and go 9.2mph rest of the way. If I thought about racing again I would mix it up. Just run for fitness now. Bye Heiko
